Cancellation Policy

The non-attendance to the session, without prior notice of up to 24 hours will be canceled and the patient will lose the scheduled session without reimbursement of the amount. The patient will have a tolerance of delay of 5 minutes so if the patient is late more, the treatment will not be complete, in cases of accidents or something like notify the clinic to reschedule the session for a later day.
